I started reading this book a couple of nights ago, and so far it’s amazing! Kristy really makes some good points that we sometimes in the rush of things forget about. It’s truly inspiring to read her story. I have also wondered many times if I’m on the right path and with the reminders she points out in this book, I definitely think I am! I have been very fortunate to be able to stay home with my kids for most of their childhood. They tell me they love me being here for them when they get home from school every day- even my 15 year old. Kristy reminds us of all the things we do for our children on a daily basis and helps me to validate that I’m doing the right thing. Thx Kristy! Can’t wait to read more!5.0 out of 5 stars Wow! Reviewed in the United States on December 9, 2019I loved that you could sit down and read one of the short chapters in spurts” while waiting for car pool, sitting in the doctor’s waiting room or relaxing with a glass of wine at the end of the day. This author has a great command of the English language and writes with humor, compassion and deep insight. I laughed and cried and learned something in each chapter. I love the cards too! They make a beautiful gift set for young mothers.

She really validates the ups and downs of motherhood – the good days and the bad, the tears and the laughter, the mistakes and the victories. It’s a great reminder of the honor and joy to be found in what those of us lucky enough to be moms know is the hardest – and most important – job in the world. Perfect for new moms, experienced moms, and moms-to-be!

This is for moms with children (girls and boys) of any age and truly embraces the spirit of motherhood, acknowledging that it isn’t always easy, but we are never alone and the joys are great! It gives you a chance to reflect, ponder and journal too. I would highly recommend this for moms of any age. Makes a great gift too!
